About Laura
Laura Barcella is a bestselling author of books for adults, kids, and young people. A few of her favorites are Fight Like A Girl: 50 Feminists Who Changed The World; Know Your Rights!: A Modern Kid’s Guide to the American Constitution; and Madonna & Me: Women Writers on the Queen of Pop.
She’s also a freelance writer, ghostwriter, documentary film researcher, and unrepentant cat lady. Her life’s biggest joys are animals, pop culture, true crime, and candy. She is currently represented by Helm Literary.
